Driving in the city sucks, and parking in South Philadelphia sucks even more. Still, if you own a car and you’re paying for the insurance and upkeep of it, it would make sense to take the car out for a spin once in a while. Otherwise, as this person will find out, a car quickly becomes target practice for the birds.
Found on 11th and Tasker in South Philadelphia.
Parking war in Philly is for the birds, they’re like hawks, the real birds and the ppa, LOL. park in a garage n walk and u never get a ticket, just a tip from a philly driver.
